丙烯酸环氧粘合剂是60年代末开始应用于口腔科的一种高分子材料,它适合于防龋涂层、充填、直接粘着正畸附件。理想的粘合剂应是操作性能好,与齿质有牢固的粘合力,化学稳定性好,不刺激牙髓,热膨胀系数与人牙近似。目前国内外都在致力研究,以求达到上述目的,但是和临床的理想和要求尚有差距。对于此类粘合剂,我们从耐水,提高粘合力上作了一些研究,并直接用此类粘合剂粘接塑胶假牙与真牙,现将情况介绍如下:
Acrylic epoxy adhesive is a polymer material used in dentistry since the late 1960s. It is suitable for anticaries coating, filling and orthodontic attachment. The ideal binder should be good handling, strong adhesion to the dentin, good chemical stability, no irritation to the pulp, and a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to human teeth. Currently at home and abroad are committed to research in order to achieve the above objectives, but the clinical ideal and there is still a gap. For such adhesives, we made some research on water resistance and adhesion improvement, and used these adhesives to directly attach plastic dentures and true teeth.
