肾上腺皮质激素(皮质类固醇、皮质激素)在临床上应用较为广泛,用于治疗肿瘤已有二十多年的历史。迄今已积累了不少包括分子生物学在内的基础理论和临床方面的研究资料,为临床合理用药提供了依据和经验。皮质类固醇在治疗恶性肿癌中的作用是:(1)破坏肿瘤细胞,使肿瘤缩小;(2)治疗肿瘤的某些并发症。前者多与其他抗癌药并用,后者则单独给予。兹就近年来的进展 Corticosteroids (corticosteroids, corticosteroids) are widely used in clinical practice and have been used to treat tumors for more than 20 years.
