下岗职工人事档案管理属于企业管理中尤为重要的一个环节。普遍情况下,透过企业在下岗职工人事档案管理中的执行力度能够在一定程度上评估企业整体管理水平的高低。因此,为了使企业与下岗职工形成“双赢”的局面,企业做好下岗职工人事档案管理工作便显得极为重要。本文在分析下岗职工人事档案管理存在的问题的基础上,进一步对加强下岗职工人事档案管理的有效策略进行探究。
Laid-off workers personnel records management is a particularly important part of business management. Under normal circumstances, through the implementation of personnel management in laid-off workers’ personnel records, the overall management level of an enterprise can be assessed to a certain extent. Therefore, in order to create a “win-win” situation between enterprises and laid-off workers, it is extremely important for enterprises to properly manage the personnel files of laid-off workers. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of laid-off workers ’personnel records, this article further explores the effective strategies to strengthen the management of laid-off workers’ personnel records.
