将低分化鼻咽癌细胞系(CNE-2Z)克隆株H5接种裸鼠皮下,待裸鼠发生转移后,取其部分淋巴结转移灶癌组织回复培养,并将回复培养的癌细胞再次接种裸鼠背部皮下,如此连续四代用淋巴结转移灶癌细胞接种传代,观察裸鼠自发性转移情况。结果显示:当淋巴结转移灶癌细胞连续接种传至第四代时,裸鼠淋巴结的转移率为100%,肺转移率为9%。结果表明:鼻咽癌克隆株通过四代淋巴结转移灶癌细胞的体内筛选,已成为一鼻咽癌自发性高淋巴道转移的细胞亚群,这一细胞亚群的获得为鼻咽癌淋巴道转移机理的研究提供了极好的实验材料。
The poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line (CNE-2Z) clone H5 was inoculated subcutaneously in nude mice.
