为创新工会参与社会管理工作水平,提升职工队伍整体素质,满足职工精神文化需求,大余县总工会采取有效措施,积极推行农民工素质提升工程,取得了显著成效。一是构建网络,畅通渠道。制定下发了《大余县总工会农民工基本素质教育培训实施意见》,制定了再就业年度培训计划,确定了方向和重点,把培训任务分解到各部门各基层,打造形成了一个上下结合、多方联动的培训网络和直面困难职工、直达基层工会的培训通道。二是建立档案,规范管理。组织工会干部深入基层、深入一线,通过家访谈心,座谈调研等方式,把握职工思想动脉,了解职工需求,在摸清困难职工底数的基础上,为职工建立档案,实行了动态管理,确保工会培训工作开展得及时有效、准确到位。
