我们发现有相当一部分基层供销社的商品包装损失数额较大。究其原因一方面是由于管理不善而造成的,但更主要的原因是批发部门把包装物的损失转嫁给零售单位。比如有一个零售单位,购进食盐,每条麻袋押金三元。当零售单位退回麻袋索还押金时,批发部门却以种种借口而不接收,零售单位有些货源要有求于批发部门,就只好忍气吞声,把高过本身价值四、五倍的麻袋拿回来进行处理,承担损失。
We found that a considerable part of the primary supply and marketing cooperatives a larger amount of loss of packaging products.
