本文根据轴承内圈沟道磨削机理,确定影响磨削表面粗糙度的因素及各因素间的交互效应,通过对试验数据逐步回归,建立磨削表面粗糙度Ra与工艺参数关系的最优回归方程。经生产现场实测工件,证实了方程的有效性。通过对最优回归方程的三维分析,得出几点有价值的结论。
According to the channel grinding mechanism of the bearing inner ring, the factors affecting the roughness of the grinding surface and the interaction between the factors are determined. Through the regression of the experimental data, the optimal regression of the relationship between the grinding surface roughness Ra and the processing parameters equation. The production site measured the workpiece, confirmed the validity of the equation. Through the three-dimensional analysis of the optimal regression equation, draw some valuable conclusions.
