利用氩气/空气混合气体辉光放电对聚乙烯(PE)材料表面改性。主要研究了单一气体等离子体和混合气体等离子体对PE膜表面改性的影响,通过蒸馏水的接触角测量和二碘甲烷的接触角测量对处理前后的PE膜表面性质进行表征,对PE膜表面能的变化进行了分析。实验结果表明,经辉光放电等离子体处理过的PE膜表面的液体接触角显著下降,固体表面能有明显提高,在固定的电压和气压下,PE膜表面水接触角随着氩气/空气混合比例的增大而先减小后增大,说明辉光放电比丝状放电在提高聚乙烯材料润湿性方面效果要好。处理后的样品放置在空气当中后,样品表面水接触角有所增大,但始终小于处理前的接触角。
Polyethylene (PE) material was surface modified with argon / air mixed gas glow discharge.
