人力资源本土化策略是跨国公司在面临跨文化管理困惑、人力成本过高的压力以及东道国民族情绪升温等背景下逐渐形成的。在人力资源本土化策略的实施过程中,也产生了不少问题。本文从跨国公司实行人力资源本土化的必要性、分析跨国公司本土化的文化冲突、跨国公司人力资源本土化的具体措施三个方面分析了进入我国的跨国公司人力资源本土化策略。
Localization strategies of human resources are gradually formed by multinational corporations in the face of the confusion of cross-cultural management, the pressure of over-manpower costs and the rising of ethnic sentiment in host countries. In the localization of human resources strategy in the implementation process, but also have a lot of problems. This article analyzes the localization strategy of transnational corporations’ human resources in China from three aspects: the necessity of transnational corporations’ localization of human resources, the cultural conflicts of localization of transnational corporations, and the concrete measures of localization of transnational corporations’ human resources.
