言语能力必须在言语活动中发展,不同环境条件的言语活动必须借助不同形态的言语工具,从而必然要发展出不同的言语能力。口语是轮番单向传递的,书面语则可以同时多向传递。中学是以课堂班级制为组织形式的学习场所,面向全体学生的教学要求决定了这个阶段的言语训练必须主要采用能同时多向传递的书面语形式,从而主要发展学生的书面语能力。
Speech ability must develop in verbal activity. Speech activities in different environmental conditions must use different forms of verbal tools, so that different verbal abilities are bound to develop. Oral English is one-way transfer of turns, written language can be multi-pass at the same time. The middle school is a learning place based on the classroom class system. The teaching requirements for all the students determine that the speech training at this stage must mainly adopt the written language form that can be transmitted in multiple directions at the same time, so as to mainly develop students’ writing ability.
