本文应用MIAS-300型图像分析系统对甲状腺良、恶性滤泡性肿瘤各30例及正常甲状腺组织8例进行了形态定量测定及比较分析,旨在探寻形态定量指标在鉴别诊断中的价值,并建立数据库,为计算机协助诊断疾病打下基础。常规制片,用个体测量法及群体测量法分别分析了每例100~145个滤泡上皮细胞,获得6项参数,包括核面积、核周长、核形状因子、等效核直径、核黑度及核质比。经统计学分析,显示上述各项参数在良恶之间比较均有高度显著性差异,表明这些参数在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤良恶鉴别中有一定价值,为数学病理学研究提供了一定资料。
In this paper, MIAS-300 image analysis system was used to quantitatively determine the morphological and quantitative analysis of 30 cases of thyroid benign and malignant follicular tumors and 8 cases of normal thyroid tissues in order to explore the value of morphometric and quantitative indicators in differential diagnosis. Establish a database to lay the foundation for computer assisted diagnosis. Routine production, using individual measurements and population measurements, analyzed 100 to 145 follicular epithelial cells per case, and obtained 6 parameters, including nuclear area, nuclear perimeter, nuclear shape factor, equivalent nuclear diameter, nuclear black Degree and nuclear-to-mass ratio. Statistical analysis showed that the above parameters were highly significant difference between good and bad, indicating that these parameters have a certain value in the identification of benign and malignant thyroid follicular neoplasms, providing some information for the study of mathematical pathology.
