目的探讨社区老年2型糖尿病患者的营养干预措施和干预效果,以便更有效控制糖尿病的发展。方法分别从2个社区的各1个居委中随机抽取已确诊的非住院2型糖尿病患者作为干预组(130例),同样的方法抽取对照组(130例),两组在性别、年龄上匹配。干预组除给予药物治疗外还采取膳食指导、健康教育、营养干预等措施,对照组为单纯药物治疗组。用成组t检验对资料进行处理。结果干预前两组糖尿病人群有共同的饮食习惯。采取营养干预措施后干预组与对照组比较,膳食结构有所改善。餐后血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白均有显著降低,高密度脂蛋白升高(P<0.05)。结论营养干预能有效地改善2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢水平及其危险因素。
Objective To explore the nutritional interventions and interventions in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community in order to more effectively control the development of diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 130 non-hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected randomly from 1 community in each of the 2 communities. The control group (130 cases) match. In addition to medication intervention in the intervention group also took dietary guidance, health education, nutrition intervention and other measures, the control group as a simple drug treatment group. Data were processed using a group t-test. Results Before intervention, two groups of diabetic patients had common eating habits. After taking nutritional intervention intervention group compared with the control group, dietary structure has been improved. Postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and glycated hemoglobin were significantly decreased and high density lipoprotein was increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention can effectively improve glycometabolism and its risk factors in type 2 diabetic patients.
