Since the end of the Cold War, the Indian government has carried out a relatively large-scale readjustment and reform that appropriately reduces the size of the defense industry, optimizes the industrial structure of the country’s defense, and encourages private and private-owned enterprises to participate in military production. Throughout the entire process of its defense industry reform, it has given us such inspiration that the reform of the national defense industry must be integrated into the overall planning of the national economy and that it should have a long-term and clear approach to development. It is necessary to carry out classified management of military products production, In the process of international military cooperation, the strength and opening up of the defense industry to foreign exchanges should be intensified, and resources outside the region and national defense science and technology achievements should be actively used.
