企业内部创业战略能否落地,归根结底在于员工的执行。基于工作特征模型、情感事件理论和马斯洛需求层次理论,构建了以工作情感为中介变量、物质激励满意度为调节变量的工作特征影响内部创业行为的模型,并使用问卷调查获得的1426个有效样本进行实证分析。研究结果表明,工作特征对员工的内部创业行为具有显著的正向影响;工作情感在工作特征与内部创业行为之间起部分中介作用;员工对物质激励的满意度不但调节工作特征与员工积极情感之间的关系,而且增强了积极情感的中介作用。
Entrepreneurship strategy within the enterprise can fall, in the final analysis is the implementation of staff.
