在无产阶级文化大革命中,上海试验机厂坚持贯彻工人、技术人员、领导干部“三结合”的方针,在上海市激光技术试验站的大力协助下研制成功DZ 3一J1型陀螺—激光自动去重动平衡机(见图1)。陀螺是导航仪表的心脏,它的动平衡精度是保证仪器精确度及使用寿命的重要指标,以前先用动平衡机测量出不平衡重量和位置,然后用手工去重,这种方法效率低,精确度差,需反复多次平衡去重才能完成。
