目的:探讨血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)与2型糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法:选取笔者所在医院已确诊2型糖尿病患者77例,其中排除糖尿病视网膜病变组46例,确诊糖尿病视网膜病变组31例,另选取近半年内75例健康体检者为对照组,分别测定受试者空腹血清游离脂肪酸水平,并进行对比分析。结果:糖尿病组较正常组游离脂肪酸水平显著升高,视网膜病变组游离脂肪酸水平升高更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:游离脂肪酸水平与2型糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变显著相关,检测游离脂肪酸水平有助于早期发现糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acid (FFA) and type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: Totally 77 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from the hospital where 46 patients with diabetic retinopathy were excluded, 31 patients with diabetic retinopathy were diagnosed, and 75 healthy subjects were selected as the control group in the past six months. Fasting serum free fatty acid levels, and comparative analysis. Results: Compared with the normal group, the level of free fatty acid in diabetic group was significantly increased, and the level of free fatty acid in the group of retinopathy was more significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Free fatty acid levels are significantly associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy. Detection of free fatty acid levels may be useful in early detection of diabetic and diabetic retinopathy.
