在我国电气集中站场广泛使用的ZD6系列电动转辙机,其减速器结构紧凑,减速比大,摩擦联接器可双向独立调整,使用方便。其内齿轮为球墨铸铁材料,在齿轮传动及减震性和摩擦性能方面较好。但在侧线使用过程中,有部分转辙机因动作频次较低,使用环境潮热,内齿轮摩擦面外露处容易锈蚀,浮锈的堆积造成减速器摩擦带在与内齿轮摩擦时,摩擦阻力突变,导致摩擦电流突变的故障。
ZD6 series electric switch machine, which is widely used in China’s electric centralized station, has a compact structure and large reduction ratio. The friction coupling can be independently adjusted in both directions and is easy to use. The internal gear is ductile iron material, gear transmission and shock absorption and friction performance is better. However, during the process of using the sidelines, some of the switch machines are prone to corrosion due to low frequency of operation and hot flashes due to the use of the environment. The accumulation of floating rust causes the friction belt of the reducer to rub against the internal gear, Mutation, leading to sudden changes in friction current failure.
