近年来,我们摸索了用花生生殖器官花生针嫁接,嫁接技术熟练的一般成活率可达到50-80%,成果率可达40%以上.一九七四年春采用品种间和类型间无性杂交,同时,进行了有性杂交与无性杂交相结合的方法,即采用有性杂交成活的花生针嫁接到第三个品种上,都获得了饱满成熟的荚果.经过播种观察,看到了杂种后代的第一、第二代发生了变异,有些性状还在后代中得到加强.嫁接成活的花生针完全接受砧木的营养物质而发育形成的杂交荚果.这种方法,为花生育种工作扩大途径.
