西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署,省政府各委、办、厅、局: 近年来,省委、省政府高度重视旅游业的发展,我省旅游业呈现出良好的发展势头。目前,我省已进入旅游黄金季节,一些重大活动的开展和游客数量的剧增,对旅游安全工作提出了更高要求。为切实做好全省旅游安全工作,有效预防各类旅游安全事故发生,保障游客的生命财产安全,树立我省的良好形象,促进全省经济社会协调发展,现就有关问题通知如下:
