病毒性肝炎至少有三型:甲型、乙型及非甲非乙型。各型肝炎均可见于妊娠妇女,但目前似以乙型肝炎多见。各型肝炎对妊娠妇女及婴儿都可有影响,但影响的频度和程度不同。本文复习近年的文献资料,对妊娠合并肝炎(重点为乙型肝炎)的某些问题作一简要的探讨。临床表现各型肝炎的临床表现基本相似。病初1～2周以食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、乏力和低热等症状多见。如妊娠期已有恶心、呕吐等消化道症状,则在罹患肝炎后加重。荨麻疹、关节痛和关节炎等症状多见于乙型肝炎(乙肝)的早期。但也可见于甲型肝炎(甲肝)和非
