[热点述评]进入21世纪以来,国家的文化政策和教育部门对于美术教育给予了大力关注。回顾十年来的美术教育,我们在许多方面获得了跨越式发展,但是我们培养出的美术人才并不那么令人满意。本期[热点述评]栏目邀请了美术类硕士、博士研究生的培养机构、高等专业美术院校、综合性大学的美术专业、设计类院校、中等美术院校以及美术教材出版等方面的有关人士,就目前美术教育中存在的一些现实问题进行介绍和讨论。其中:与现代社会对美术人才需要的多样化相适应,高等美术院校中的美术课程需要进行相应的调整和改革;符合素质教育要求的大、中、小学之间相互衔接的美术人才的培养和美术教师队伍的建设;社会美术考级、美术教材急需规范化等不同层面、不同领域的问题,都值得我们进一步深思,这些问题的解决直接关系到今后美术教育的良性发展。
