“Two afterlife ” refers to the surplus labor force in poor families who have not graduated from high school and graduated from high school. Two college students from higher education institutions started the year before in each school, a special group of students who were born in southern Xinjiang and rural areas. They grew up in a native language environment, had a rather poor Chinese foundation, and their learning objectives were not clear and their interests were weak. How to teach Chinese to these students is one of the challenges facing Chinese teaching in colleges and universities. I engaged in teaching Chinese for more than 10 years and found that there are many problems in listening. Some students do not even understand what the teacher said in Chinese in class. This article analyzes the problems existing in the study of the two Chinese characters and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
