利用动载滑动轴承流体润滑分析程序对ND_5型机车的7FDL—16型柴油机连杆瓦进行了工作性能分析计算。根据计算所得的各种负荷工况下润滑油膜中的最高油膜压力,并结合该种轴瓦材料在传统的Underwood轴瓦疲劳试验机上的试验数据和柴油机运行中的实际负荷率,应用修正的线性累积损伤理论假设来进行连杆瓦的疲劳寿命预估。评估的结果与轴瓦的实际剖析情况和有关机务段的运用实践是相吻合的。
The working performance analysis of 7FDL-16 diesel engine connecting rod bearing of ND_5 locomotive was carried out by using the fluid lubrication analysis program of the dynamic bearing. According to the calculated maximum oil film pressure in the lubricating oil film under various load conditions, combined with the test data of the bearing material on the conventional Underwood bush fatigue testing machine and the actual load rate of the diesel engine running, a modified linear cumulative damage Theoretical assumptions to estimate the fatigue life of the connecting rod.
