报告利用耳动态分析仪ILO-92,对54例(64耳)低频感音神经性聋患者进行了畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)、瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE)和自发性耳声发射(SOAE)测试。发现突聋和梅尼埃病人的TEOAE检出率为48%;DPOAE的检出率为91%;且有2例记录到SOAE波。而在不明原因听力下降组中,OAE的检出率为100%,且可记录到SOAE。表明利用OAE检查,结合其他听力学检查手段可对低频感音性聋做出正确的诊断,对感音神经性听力下降患者的耳蜗功能什出评估。
The report used Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE), Transient Evoked Otoacoustic Emissions (TEOAE) and Spontaneous Otoacoustic Emissions (IOA) in 54 patients (64 ears) with low frequency sensorineural deafness using the ILO- Launch (SOAE) test. Found that sudden deaf and Meniere patients TEOAE detection rate was 48%; DPOAE detection rate was 91%; and 2 cases recorded SOAE wave. In the unexplained hearing loss group, the detection rate of OAE was 100% and was recorded in SOAE. It shows that the use of OAE examination, combined with other audiological tests can make the correct diagnosis of low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss, sensorineural hearing loss in patients with cochlear function evaluation.
