新加坡85%的人住在政府组屋,而且组屋以90平方米的三室一厅等大户型居多,住满5年就有完整的产权,价格最多比商品房低7成。与香港公共租屋狭小的格局不同,新加坡政府组屋虽然也有33平方米的一室组屋,但很少。政府组屋的格局l室、2室、3室、4室、5室到6室都有,而积则从33平方米到130平方米不等,其中比例最高的是90平方米的4室(相当于我们的3室1厅)。据统计,4室组屋占总数量的37.6%,其次是5室占23.6%、3室占25.4%。
Eighty-five percent of Singaporeans live in HDB flats, and HDB flats are dominated by 90-square-meter three-bedroom apartments and have completed property ownership for up to five years, with prices up to 70% lower than commercial housing. Different from the narrow structure of public rental housing in Hong Kong, the Singapore Government HDB has a small 33-square-meter one-bedroom unit. The structure of HDB l rooms, 2 rooms, 3 rooms, 4 rooms, 5 rooms to 6 rooms have, and plot is from 33 square meters to 130 square meters, the highest proportion is 90 square meters of room 4 (Equivalent to our 3 room 1 hall). According to statistics, 4-room group houses account for 37.6% of the total number, followed by 5 rooms, 23.6% and 3 rooms, accounting for 25.4%.
