Squamous cell (epithmia-elioma, epidermoid carcinoma, epit-helioma spinocellulare, prickle cell epithelioma, spinalioma) is a rare eyelid tumor, accounting for approximately 9.2% of all malignant tumors [1, 2, 3] ] This tumor has a high degree of malignancy and tends to metastasize to regional lymph nodes. The incidence of metastasis is as high as 21%. In our hospital from September 1972 to November 1986, a total of 123 cases of orbital malignancies were treated, including 17 cases of orbital squamous cell carcinoma. This article reports on its incidence, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, pathological type, and treatment status as follows: :
