文章利用新近影印出版的档案材料详细论述了清末新疆学堂教育的开展情况以及全省性教育行政机构的设立过程,并以吐鲁番为例,探讨了该地劝学所的内部构成及其实际社会功效。
This paper discusses the development of school education in Xinjiang in the late Qing Dynasty and the process of setting up the educational administration in the province in detail by using the archival materials published in recent photocopies. Taking Turpan as an example, the author discusses the internal structure of the school and its actual social effects .
