为了提升铁路客车空调的舒适度,本文针对铁路客车空调系统的大滞后、非线性等特点,将模糊控制和PID控制相结合,提出一种模糊自整定PID控制方法,通过模糊控制规则实现PID控制器参数的在线整定,优化控制效果。利用Matlab11.0/Simulink建立仿真模型,针对铁路客车空调系统进行了仿真和分析。仿真结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制方法相比传统PID控制方法以及模糊控制方法,有着更小的超调量和更快的调节时间,对于波动的鲁棒性能更优,获得良好的控制性能。
In order to improve the comfort of railway passenger car air conditioning, this paper proposes a fuzzy self-tuning PID control method based on the characteristics of large lag and nonlinearity of air-condition system of railway passenger car. Combining fuzzy control with PID control, Online tuning of the parameters of the device to optimize the control effect. The simulation model is established by Matlab11.0 / Simulink, and the simulation and analysis of air-conditioning system for railway passenger cars are carried out. The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID control method has smaller overshoot and faster adjustment time compared with the traditional PID control method and the fuzzy control method, and has better robustness to fluctuations and good control performance.
