目的研究五步碘量法测定消毒剂中二氧化氯含量准确度的主要影响因素,确保测定的准确性。方法依据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的测量不确定度评定理论进行评定。结果五步碘量法测定消毒剂中二氧化氯含量为20.4g/L,扩展不确定度为0.30g/L。结论测量重复性引入的不确定度分量所占比重最大,严格控制操作过程,可提高检测结果的准确性。
Objective To study the main influential factors of determining the content of chlorine dioxide in disinfectant by five-step iodometric method and to ensure the accuracy of determination. Methods According to JJF1059-1999 “Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression” in the evaluation of measurement uncertainty assessment. Results The content of chlorine dioxide in disinfectant was determined to be 20.4 g / L with an uncertainty of 0.30 g / L by five steps iodometric method. Conclusion The proportion of uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability is the largest, and the operation process is strictly controlled to improve the accuracy of test results.
