目的测定西南山茶叶(醇提物、乙酸乙酯萃取物),花蕾(醇提物),种子(醇提物、水提物),果皮(醇提物、水提物)各植物部位中总皂苷、总多酚(鞣质)、总黄酮的含量。方法采用UV法。结果其总皂苷、总多酚(鞣质)、总黄酮的含量依次为山茶叶醇提物33.33%、15.73%(4.48%)、10.95%;山茶叶乙酸乙酯萃取物38.69%、20.01%(8.32%)、39.38%;花蕾醇提物40.42%、22.52%(8.54%)、18.34%;种子醇提物21.40%、4.74%(0.83%)、3.82%;种子水提物1.74%、9.30%(3.06%)、0.03%;果皮醇提物11.20%、10.61%(2.82%)、11.16%;果皮水提物2.10%、7.89%(7.24%)、1.39%。结论UV法测定以上3种物质简便易行,准确可靠,重复性较理想,回收率较好。
Objective To determine the total content of tea plant extracts (ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract), flower buds (alcohol extract), seeds (alcohol extract, water extract), peel (alcohol extract, water extract) Saponins, total polyphenols (tannins), total flavonoids content. Methods UV method. Results The contents of total saponins, total polyphenols (tannins) and flavonoids were 33.33%, 15.73% (4.48%) and 10.95%, respectively, and camellia ethyl acetate extract 38.69% and 20.01% 8.32%) and 39.38%, respectively. The ethanol extracts of flower buds accounted for 40.42%, 22.52% and 8.53%, respectively. The content of seed alcohol extracts was 21.40% and 4.74%, 0.83% and 3.82% (3.06%), 0.03%; peel alcohol extract 11.20%, 10.61% (2.82%), 11.16%; peel water extract 2.10%, 7.89% (7.24%), 1.39%. Conclusion UV determination of the above three substances is simple, accurate and reliable, the repeatability is better and the recovery rate is better.
