目前整个人类世界已经进入了信息化时代,计算机、互联网等各种信息化技术逐渐渗透到了人们工作生活的方方面面,给我们带来了许许多多的方便。近年来,中职院校越来越多,而其在人力资源管理方面需要处理的信息又庞大而繁杂,传统的主要依靠人工的人力资源管理方法显然已经不能满足需求,为了提高工作效率,更快更方便地处理各种事物,本文在对传统人力资源管理情况分析的基础上,列举了信息化技术在中职人力资源管理中的一些应用,从而说明这一改进举措的必要性和重要性。
