就当下而言,注水工艺是油田提高石油采收率、实现高产稳产的重要手段,但注水井管柱在使用期间,容易受到高温高压以及多相流等腐蚀环境和腐蚀介质的共同作用,致使腐蚀速度加快,程度加深,进而影响了注水效率、管柱寿命和企业效益。对此,本文对注水井管柱防腐工艺及其应用进行了研究,希望对改善现状有所帮助。
For nowadays, waterflooding technology is an important means to increase oil recovery and achieve high and stable yield in oilfields. However, during the operation of waterflooding well tubular string, it is vulnerable to the combined effect of high temperature, high pressure and multi-phase flow and other corrosive environments and corrosive media. Corrosion speed, deepen, thus affecting the water injection efficiency, pipe life and business benefits. In this regard, this article on the injection well tubular anti-corrosion technology and its application were studied, hoping to improve the status quo aids.
