随着社会的发展，人们对数学教育的要求会越来越高。新课程改革的实施，顺应了时代的要求，汲取了诸如人本主义教育的理念，教育民主的理念，教育公平的理念，主体性教育的理念，个性发展理念等。但初中数学课程改革成败的关键在数学教师，关键在于教师的观念能否真正转变。
