混凝土是现今使用最多的工程材料,然而其容易受到各种材料与环境因素而开裂。裂缝的产生关系到结构物的力学性能与耐久性,因此长久以来受到各界重视。其中,塑性裂缝发生在混凝土完全硬固前,同时关系到混凝土的美观与耐久性质,有必要详细探讨。另一方面,自密实混凝土由于其良好的工作性以及优异的力学和耐久性质,近年来在业界得到广泛地使用。本文主要以自密实混凝土为例,介绍混凝土塑性裂缝发生的机制以及相应的防治措施。
Concrete is the most used engineering material today, however it is susceptible to cracking by a variety of materials and environmental factors. Crack generation relates to the mechanical properties and durability of the structure, it has long been valued by all walks of life. Among them, the plastic cracks occur before the concrete is completely hard-fixed, and at the same time relates to the aesthetic and durability properties of the concrete, it is necessary to discuss in detail. On the other hand, self-compacting concrete has been widely used in the industry in recent years because of its good workability and excellent mechanical and durability properties. In this paper, self-compacting concrete is taken as an example to introduce the mechanism of concrete plastic cracks and the corresponding control measures.
