目的创建一眶距增宽矫正手术的改良方法。方法对 31例正常中国人 ,在高清晰度SiemensAngiostarPlus血管造影机上采集头颅平面图象 ,利用其计算机的测量功能直接测量眶间距 ,并进行了统计学的正态分布处理。通过 47例CT水平断层片观察正常中国人双眶内侧壁的形态 ,及进行壁间距的测量。对传统复杂的眶距增宽矫正手术进行改良。结果 31例的眶间距为1 83~ 2 5 4cm。 47例双眶内侧壁间的形态为矩形或近长方形 ,眶内侧壁间距 (筛骨宽度 )为 2 37~5 0 4cm。以测量研究为基础设计了方法较简单、省时 ,且术后恢复快安全可靠的眶距增宽改良术式。结论改良手术通过 3例实践取得初步成功 ,表明切实可行。
Objective To create an improved method of augmentation correction surgery. Methods Totally 31 normal Chinese were enrolled in the high resolution Siemens AngiostarPlus angiography machine to collect the cranial plane images and measure the orbital distance directly with the measurement function of the computer. The statistical normal distribution was performed. The morphology of bilateral medial orbital wall in normal Chinese and the measurement of wall spacing were observed by 47 CT horizontal slices. The traditional complex orbital widening correction surgery to be improved. Results The orbital distance of 31 cases was 1 83 ~ 254 cm. The shape of the bilateral medial orbital wall was rectangular or nearly rectangular in 47 cases, and the distance between the medial orbital wall (ethmoid bone) ranged from 37 to 54 cm. On the basis of measurement and research, a simple and time-saving method is proposed, which is safe and reliable. Conclusion Improved surgery achieved initial success through 3 cases of practice, indicating that it is feasible.
