为了提高硼氢化钾(KBH_4)、硼氢化钠(NaBH_4)和氢化铝锂(LiAlH_4)的储存稳定性,通过溶剂非溶剂法,用石蜡包覆KBH_4和NaBH_4,通过重结晶法,用萘包覆LiAlH_4。用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射研究了样品的表面包覆情况。用红外测温仪测试了添加包覆样品的药剂的燃烧性能。结果表明,KBH_4、NaBH_4和LiAlH_4均完成包覆,NaBH_4包覆状况最好。添加了NaBH_4包覆样品的药剂的燃烧性能有显著提高,燃速提高了5%以上。
In order to improve the storage stability of potassium borohydride (KBH 4), sodium borohydride (NaBH 4) and lithium aluminum hydride (LiAlH 4), KBH 4 and NaBH 4 were coated with paraffin wax by a solvent-nonsolvent method, LiAlH_4. The surface of the sample was examined by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Infrared thermometers were used to test the burning behavior of the drug added with the coated sample. The results showed that KBH_4, NaBH_4 and LiAlH_4 were completely coated with the best NaBH_4 coating. The addition of NaBH_4 coated samples showed a significant improvement in the combustion performance, burning rate increased by 5% or more.
