为探索不同类型的雨林乔木直根根土复合体的抗剪强度,采用自行设计加工的大型根土复合体直剪仪对不同根径、根数以及根系分布条件下的根土复合体进行直剪试验。通过电动汽车千斤顶,对上剪切盒匀速缓慢施加推力,试验过程中实时记录千斤顶推力的大小、直根相对剪切盒的位移及剪切盒位移等。试验结果显示:土中根系的分布类型、根径大小、根数和剪切深度会影响到根土复合体的抗剪强度及相应的强度指标;植被根系对土体的加筋作用具有积极作用,为后续更加深入地研究乔木根系对小型边坡的治理奠定试验基础。
