近些年来,由于我国国家电网企业正在努力推进“三集五大”的结构体系建设,促使其在组织结构、业务能力等方面逐渐都发生了翻天覆地的重大变化。本文主要从基于“三集五大”背景下的电网企业人力资源集约化管理的重要意义进行展开,概要论述了电网企业人力资源集约化管理中所存在的若干问题及其相应的解决方案,以期为能够为相关工作人员的学习和研究提供一定的借鉴意义。
