一、引言:知识经济时代的公司法制课题1996年世界经济合作组织(OECD)发布《知识经济报告》之后,知识和科技逐渐被人们视为当今各国经济发展的主要动力。如何有效发挥人才对经济发展的推动作用,成为诸多学科领域的热门话题。公司,作为现代经济活动中最为重要的一种组织形态,在有效整合各种资源要素促进经济发展方面,发挥着举足轻重的作用。在知识经济的时代,公司法律制度也面临着如何有效地提升、整合和发挥人才资源价值的时代任务。
I. Introduction: Corporate Legal Issues in the Era of Knowledge Economy After knowledge economy and technology were released by the World Economic Cooperation Organization (OECD) in 1996, knowledge and technology were gradually recognized as the main driving force for the economic development of all countries. How to give full play to the role of human resources in promoting economic development has become a hot topic in many academic fields.
