本文重点介绍一种运用独立的循环滚动体做为啮合副的减速器。它比目前广泛应用的齿轮、蜗轮、摆线针齿减速器,谐波减速器结构都简单,适于大批量生产。由于采用可循环滚动体(钢球或钢柱)构成的啮合副取代传统的齿啮合副传动。因此从根本上解决了齿传动副抗弯曲强度不足的薄弱环节。新结构中的滚动体啮合副,几乎在纯滚动状态下工作。因此当选用相同材质时,滚道减速器可比其他类型的减速器,整机重减轻1/3,而零件总数减少30—40%。滚道减速器整机外型见图1。滚道减速器分解结构图见图2。
