目的:建立同时测定化妆品中14种邻苯二甲酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱/火焰离子化检测器(GC/FID)方法。方法:化妆品样品经正己烷提取后,选用HP-5MS毛细管柱进行分离,并以蒽-D10为内标的GC/FID定量方法。结果:14种邻苯二甲酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的平均回收率在96.8%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.78%~4.70%。结论:结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适合化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类和己二酸类增塑剂的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography / flame ionization detector (GC / FID) method for simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of phthalates and 5 kinds of adipic acid ester plasticizers in cosmetics. Methods: Cosmetic samples were extracted with n-hexane, and then separated by HP-5MS capillary column and quantified by GC / FID with anthracene-D10 as internal standard. Results: The average recoveries of 14 kinds of phthalates and 5 kinds of adipic acid ester plasticizers ranged from 96.8% to 109.6% with relative standard deviations of 0.78% -4.70%. Conclusion: The results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of phthalates and adipic acid plasticizers in cosmetics.
