一、万向节盘扭坏 当主离合器轴与变速箱第一轴同轴度误差超过了规定范围时,即容易造成万向节盘的扭坏,同时还会有相关零件的损坏,如接盘螺栓折断、408轴承和50408轴承早期磨损等。造成主离合器轴与变速箱第一轴同轴度误差增大的原因有:(1)变速箱前支点调整垫片磨损或丢失,破坏了两轴的同轴度;(2)发动机前支梁与前支座磨损,造成发动机相对于车架前低后高,使离合器产生倾斜,破坏了两轴的同轴度;(3)前横梁轴颈与卡瓦磨损,这样会引起发动机倾斜,重心偏移,发动机前高后低,破坏了两轴的同轴度;(4) 车架扭曲或弯曲变形,两轴的同轴度会遭到破坏。
