本文叙述一种预报机器设备的瞬间异态(瞬时间歇故障)的新手段,並已应用于广播发射机上。判断设备发生故障的故障源,一般使用逻辑分析法,作者通过分析、试验,针对故障源(原发故障)及因其相继而产生的故障(继发故障)间存在时间差的特点,采用逻辑封锁电路实现了抢先记忆显示原发故障点,而封锁继发故障显示的功能。实践表明,能使机务人员加快故障处理,从而缩短了停播时间。必要时,也可解除封锁,显示所有的故障点。所用电路简单。而效果很好。
