作为一名职业经理人,当你进入一个新的企业以后,大都会遇到不少投资和管理上的问题你原来的经验不一定适合现在的企业;你的良好愿望不一定符合你老板的意图;你成熟的经营管理思想不一定能满足新企业提升业绩和可持续发展能力的需求;更为郁闷的是,尽管你的许多想法和做法是维护股东利益的、是对公司持续发展有利的,但很可能你的老板却给你完全不同的、甚至有损于公司利益及股东利益的指令。这一切难以拿捏的事,导致你不听指令会被责备为不听话,你听了指令去做又会导致恶果,而且最终经营管理责任还是要你来承担!怎么办呢?
