我从1992年参加工作起就一直担任班主任。在多年的班主任工作中,我找到了一个制胜的法宝——活动。我认为,贴近学生、切合需求、丰富多彩的活动,有助于使班级、师生、家长形成一个幸福的阳光集体,使学生在乐观、积极、自信、不断进取中成长。每一个孩子都有自己的特点。不同年级的孩子有不同的特点,同一个年级、同一个班的孩子也存在这样或那样的不同。不管接了基础怎样的班,我都会依据学生个性和班级特点,有针对性地策划组织一系列活动,使学生在现有基础上得到提升,促进班集体健康发展。
