为了解中职女生交往焦虑情绪状况,探讨交往焦虑与自我和谐、自我效能的关系,文章采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、交往焦虑量表(IAS)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对256名中职卫校女生进行调查和统计分析。研究结果表明,中职女生的交往焦虑与其他同类群体相比偏高,且直接受自我与经验和谐与否、自我效能感的影响。因此,在心理健康教育工作中可通过协调自我与经验的机能、提高自我效能感来减缓中职女生的交往焦虑。
To understand the relationship between anxiety and anxiety in secondary vocational school students, and to explore the relationship between anxiety and self-efficacy and self-efficacy, the paper uses SCCS, IAS and GSES 256 midwife girls survey and statistical analysis. The results show that the communication anxiety among secondary vocational school girls is higher than other similar groups and directly influenced by the self-experience or the self-efficacy. Therefore, mental health education can alleviate the anxiety of secondary vocational school students by coordinating the self-experience and self-efficacy.
