冀东油田堡古2区块,大部分井在钻探过程中多次发生井漏、溢流等工程复杂事故,严重影响了勘探速度和完钻建井周期。由于综合录井采集泵压、钻井液流量、出入口密度、出入口温度、钻井液池体积等录井参数不能提前或及时判断出井漏、溢流情况,且独立的某个参数很难准确、客观地反映钻井状态。针对堡古2区块存在的井漏、溢流等问题,应用随钻地层压力预监测技术预防井漏、溢流等复杂工况发生。在钻前预测时,收集邻井测井、工程数据等资料,分析漏失、溢流层位及原因,提出合理预防建议;在钻中监测时,根据现场综合录井参数,应用地层压力、水力学软件实时计算分析地层孔隙压力、破裂压力、循环当量密度、井筒流态和井眼净化,通过这些参数实时分析目前是否可能发生井漏、溢流等情况,提出合理建议,使钻井液参数、工程参数保持在安全的钻井状态。通过现场堡古2区块一口井的实践,证实了本文提出的方法能够对提前或及时预防井漏、溢流等复杂工况起到一定的作用。

In the prediction before drilling, we collected data of well logging and engineering data from adjacent wells, analyzed leakage and position of overflow and reasons and put forward reasonable suggestions for prevention. During drilling monitoring, according to comprehensive logging parameters in the field, we used formation pressure, water Real-time calculation and analysis of formation pore pressure, rupture pressure, cyclic equivalent density, wellbore flow and wellbore purification are carried out by mechanical software in real time. Through these parameters in real time, it is possible to analyze whether the current situation is likely to occur, such as well leakage and overflow, and to put forward reasonable suggestions to make drilling fluid parameters, Engineering parameters remain in safe drilling conditions. Through the practice of a well in Block 2 of Fort Gu, it proves that the method proposed in this paper can play a certain role in preventing the complicated situations such as well leakage and overflow in advance or in time.
