The top managers are the most important entrepreneurial resources in the human resources of Chinese state-owned enterprises. This paper takes China’s state-owned enterprises as the research object, analyzes in detail the current situation and existing problems of the system of selecting managers in China’s state-owned enterprises, and discusses in detail the specific measures to improve and perfect the system of selecting managers in China’s state-owned enterprises.
