随着特殊教育事业的发展,特殊学校对教师的要求日益提高与师资培养机制、课程改革相对滞后的矛盾日益明显,因此特殊学校师资队伍建设工作面临着新的矛盾,成为制约贵州特殊教育发展的主要因素。目前师资培养、培训的理念、体系和课程依然是上世纪计划经济的产物,严重落后于特殊教育事业的发展。作者在探讨贵州特殊学校教师培训存在问题的同时也提出了一些对策。
With the development of special education, there are more and more contradictions between teacher training and teachers training in special schools, so the contradiction between the reform of curriculum reform and the teachers’ training is lagging behind. Therefore, the construction of teachers in special schools is confronted with new contradictions and become the key to restrict the development of special education in Guizhou major factor. At present, the concepts, systems and courses of teacher training and training are still the products of the planned economy of the last century, seriously lagging behind the development of special education. The author discusses some problems existing in teacher training in special schools in Guizhou and also puts forward some countermeasures.
