数字化智能测控是计算机应用领域的研究势点.论文从机械振动及其测量的基本原理出发,对比讨论不同检测途径的原理和性能;设计基于ARMIP核和sumsung嵌入式处理器的振动检测系统的体系结构、设计分析系统的硬件架构,存储系统结构,实现软件模块和嵌入式操作系统的ARM平台移植;测试表明:系统测量数据准确,功耗低,能有效进行发动机等相关机械设备的振动测量,对于其工作状态监视或故障检测预警有着建设性的辅助性意义.“,”Digital Intelligent Control is a hot spot in the field of computer application .Introducing the basic theory of the cyclical machinery vibration, analyzing the different vibration detection method on the focus of effectiveness and performance; designing IP kernel , storage systems design which based on the Embedded processor of Sumsung, implementing its embedded software modules and the ARM transplantation of embedded OS; experiments proved that: the system with measurements accurate, and low power consumption, can effectively carry out vibration measurement of the engine or some mechanical equipments.
